They give us the opportunity to
….BE STILL, TO STOP, TO BREATHE.
What’s in our lives that shouldn’t be?
What’s missing?
What do we need to get rid of?
What do we need to change?
The whole point of our three Lenten Talks is to help us on that journey.What are the values we need to give us the Peace and Contentment we yearn for.
Our first Lenten Talk next Wednesday evening at 7.30 p.m. will be challenging and practical. Maureen Kelly is an experienced worker with people – at a deep level. She will be asking us to think deeply about what we are losing and what price we are paying for the loss of values that are essential for decent living.
