Sixmilebridge 10k and 5k Fun Run / Family Walk. – This Friday

Bridge Milers Runnig Club and Olympic Harriers Athletic Club are co-hosting this exciting event on Friday Evening 18th May at 06.30pm.

The race is accurrately measured and AA1 accredited. Pacers will be running to help those who wish to target specific times.

All the profits are split between the chosen Charities

Sixmilebridge National School
The Sunshine Childrens Ward in the Regional Hospital Limerick.

Please come out an support this very worthwhile and fun filled event.

Registration is €20 for the 10k and €5 for the 5k.

East Clare 10k Fun Run in Kilkishen on Saturday September 17th 2011

The East Clare 10k Mini-Marathon Raises €16,000 for Irish Cancer Society

The 2011 East Clare 10k follows the innaugural 2009 and our very successful 2010 event held last September. East Clare 2011 is expecting a large entry building on the success of last year. In addition to the Irish Cancer Society the East Clare will this year support the Church Restoration Fund which the Kilkishen Development Association wish to see re-opened as a Cultural Centre.

The event is organised and run by a small committee of local people headed by Pat Neville. The charity benefiting from the 2010 event was the Irish Cancer Society who support cancer research and cancer sufferers throughout the country.
