“The Kilmurry Harvest Festival isn’t far away”.
Over the next few weeks we will be adding articles to the site giving you a flavour of what’s going to be in store.
So this year the festival will start on Sunday 9th August with the field day and conclude on Sunday 16th August with the End of Festival BBQ in the Pumphouse with Music by Pat Hayes from 6-8pm & The Fake McCoys from 9-finish.

The Shannonside Winter Music Weekend has been going from strength to strength over the last few years and next January’s event marks another step forward
for this eclectic festival of the best in acoustic music.
Between Thursday and Monday almost 80 concerts, pub gigs, sessions, and shows will keep the villages of Sixmilebridge and
Bunratty buzzing and bouncing with acts from far and wide, as well as the cream of local talent.
The 16th Festival will feature at least 70 acoustic music events at over 15 venues from 15th – 18th January 2015 in Sixmilebridge and Bunratty, Co. Clare.

Music for the Festival mass will be provided by Vocalist group “The Acafella’s” and classical guitarist Brendan Walsh. The Athenry Youth Orchestra will perform a free concert in the Church at 1.30pm.
Shuttle bus operating between Shannon, Newmarket & Sixmilebridge all day Sunday from 10am to 10.30 pm 1st Departure Supermacs Shannon 10am, Newmarket 10.30 for 11am Mass in SMB.
