THE Annual Christmas Market was held on Thursday 4th December 2014 at the local Mart and was a great success boosting local business and resulting in a large influx of customers to the area. The market, now in its third year, kick starts the traditional Christmas season in the area with seasonal food and arts and crafts based vendors on display.
“The Christmas Market was a great success again and this is down to the support of local businesses by so many local customers and by a great many more people from outside the area. Its success is also down to a great deal or hard work on behalf of the local Mens Shed Group and other committee members and volunteers and We wish to sincerely thank everybody concerned for making the Christmas market the success it was.”
